Returns and Refunds
George Bardis  is committed to providing only high-quality products. Nevertheless, should you for any reason want to return an item, 
 you may choose to exchange it or to return it for a full refund.
please email us when you reseive your order explaining the reason for your return. We will then guide you through the return process.

Items may be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. The return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new order.

Please note that in the event of a return from countries outside of Greece, VAT and customs duties will not be refunded.

We will refund the same way the original payment was made. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days following the reception of your return.
Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
In order to return a jewel, we kindly ask that you first contact us at bardisjewelry@gmail.com  to inform us.
